Lots of schools had delayed openings this morning due to a little overnight snow and Accu-Weather's Elliot Abrams says more March snow is on the way. "There's another patch of snow coming through tonight. There's some rain mixed in with it, but we could easily get a few inches of snow. If it were all snow and if it would come full-blast at us I think there could be five, six or seven inches, but I think two or three or four is more reasonable," Abrams says. And if tonight's snow isn't enough for you, Abrams says more snow is likely Sunday into Monday.

A Michigan man is fighting for his life in a local hospital. Brandon Rambus, of Detroit, was hit by a car Wednesday night while trying to cross Tilghman Street in Upper Macungie Township near Blue Barn Road. He's said to be severely injured and is being treated at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest. The crash remains under investigation, but no charges have been announced against the driver.

Dieruff High School will need a new principal. The Allentown School Board accepted the retirement of Dieruff principal Susan Bocian, who spent 35 years with the Allentown School District, beginning as an English teacher.

Members of the Morrisville, Bucks County community are gathering to mourn after five family members were found dead, allegedly killed by a mother and her daughter. Angela Lomax is a neighbor. "It's time to come together. It's time to come together and help the families and help the immediate family get through this," Lomax says. Investigators say it's still not completely clear why the 19-year-old woman and her mother killed their five relatives.

Two state senators are proposing legislation intending to improve screening and treatment of new moms affected by postpartum depression. Senators Camera Bartolotta and Judy Schwank say their bill would require health care providers to provide information on parenting and prenatal depression as well as other emotional counseling. Schwank says thousands of Pennsylvania moms are affected by postpartum depression annually.

Two state lawmakers want a panel created to handle misconduct and unethical behavior allegations. St. Sen. Lisa Baker and Rep. Tarah Toohil are proposing Pennsylvania create the legislative conduct review board. Right now, caucus leaders are able to decide how allegations of bad behavior are handled.

The Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission is taking a closer look at UGI's proposal to increase its base rate for natural gas customers. The commission voted unanimously to suspend the company's request for up to seven months. UGI announced in January that it wants to raise the rate by about 17 percent, allowing them to invest in new technology. Meantime, UGI customers will see bills increase by about seven percent starting today.

Democrat presidential hopeful Cory Booker is rolling out a marijuana bill. The New Jersey senator introduced legislation Thursday to legalize pot nationwide. Fellow 2020 presidential hopefuls Bernie Sanders, Elizabeth Warren, Kamala Harris and Kirsten Gillibrand are among the senators co-sponsoring the Marijuana Justice Act. Booker's bill would remove cannabis from the federal list of controlled substances and provide financial incentives for states to relax their marijuana laws.

Bryce Harper has reportedly agreed to a 13-year, $330 million contract to play with the Phillies. Fellow Phillies outfielder Andrew McCutcheon is happy to have Harper on his side. "It's very exciting. We're happy he got a deal done and get one done here," McCutcheon says. Harper is a six-time All-Star who hit 34 home runs and knocked in 100 runs last season.
