Here's what's trending for September 23.

If you have outdoor plans this weekend, Accu-Weather's Bill Deger says you may want to have a plan B ready to go because it's going to be a rainout all weekend. "Really all weekend rain falls off and on. An inch or two of rain is expected when all is said and done by Sunday night. It will be cool as well, thanks to the clouds and rain," Deger says. He says we should dry out on Monday, but not until after weekend plans have been spoiled.

Under ideal conditions, the executive director of the Celtic Cultural Alliance says the annual Celtic Classic would draw mammoth crowds to Bethlehem. "If we have great weather, we could be looking at 200,000 people or more," says Jayne Ann Recker. Unfortunately for Recker, ideal conditions are not expected this weekend. Almost certain rain is expected both today and Sunday, however most activities will go off without a hitch and this weekend's music, food, athletics and dancing will go on as scheduled. One event won't happen however. Today's Showing of the Tartan Parade has been cancelled because of poor weather. The Celtic Classic runs today 10 to 10 and Sunday from 10 to 7.

A man who escaped from prison in Missouri earlier this year was captured Thursday in Chester County and for the time being sent to the Chester County Prison, from which Danelo Cavalcante escaped August 31st. 34-year-old Mario Che-Tiul escaped on June 1, along with five other men. The Eastern Pennsylvania Violent Crimes Fugitive Task Force "developed information" that Che-Tiul was hiding at an apartment complex in Avondale. Che-Tiul was arrested without incident around 1:30 p.m. Thursday, transported to Chester County Prison and charged as a "fugitive of justice."

Longtime New Jersey U.S. Senator Bob Menendez and his wife are facing federal bribery charges. U.S. Attorney Damien Williams unsealed an indictment Friday alleging Menendez accepted cash, gold bars and gifts from three New Jersey businessmen. "The senator and his wife accepted hundreds of thousands of dollars of bribes in exchange for Sen. Menendez using his power and influence to protect and to enrich those businessmen and to benefit the government of Egypt," Williams says. Menendez will stay on as senator and fight the charges. This is the second time Menendez has been charged with corruption with the first time ending in a mistrial.
