Here's what's trending for January 18.

Snow appears likely almost all day tomorrow. "Roads will start to get a little slippery for the morning commute and it will just continue throughout most the day and we're expecting one-to-three inches," says Accu-Weather's Joe Lundberg. He says in an unusual occurrence, three-to-five inches of snow could fall in areas 'south' of the Lehigh Valley.

22-year-old Joshua Colon was already in prison on different charges, but now he's being charged with a shooting that happened during the 2022 Musikfest in Bethlehem. Lehigh County DA Gavin Holihan says it appears the incident was gang-related. "The groups were known to each other and were hostile to each other and this was not a random act," Holihan says. Colon allegedly shot a man during the festival at Main and West Lehigh streets. That sent people running in panic. Holihan says the victim was seriously wounded but did survive. Holiahn isn't saying if anybody else will be charged.

Police in Northampton County are investigating after a person waked into St. Luke's Hospital's Anderson Campus Wednesday night with a gunshot wound. Bethlehem Township Police interviewed that person at the hospital. They say the person suffered non-life-threatening injuries.

The maximum standard rebate is now $1000, up from $650 and the income limits have been increased to $45,000. "If you got a rebate last year, you'll most likely get a much higher rebate this year. So apply again. If you think you're on the edge and one of those $150,000 new people who qualify, we want you to apply as well," Shapiro says.

The Pennsylvania State Police is out with its quarterly gun checks report. PennDot officials want to remind drivers about using their snow plow tracker to find out about plowing on state roads. The online device shows the location of the department's roughly 22-hundred plow trucks. A cellular signal shows where a truck is and how much material it's spreading. The signal also shows a truck's route and which roads have already been treated. You can view the snow plow tracker at www.511pa.com. Find it by checking off the box for "PennDOT plow trucks" on the map.

While it's being reported he told teammates after the Eagles lost in Tampa Monday night that he was retiring, Jason Kelce says nothing is official yet. "I just don't think you're in the position after a game like that to really make that decision. There's too much emotion in the moment to really fully grasp that decision," Kelce said. On his podcast with brother Travis, Jason Kelce said when the time comes to announce his future plans, he'll do it in a way that is definitive.
