Prize Redemption Procedure:
If you are a prize winner:
1. Winners who have won prizes ON-AIR by calling the studio hotlines will be advised by the WAEB DJs to pick up their prize starting the following day, unless for some reason the prize is not available for pick up at that time. In that case winners will be called by the promotions department when the prize becomes available for pick up!
Online Contest prize winners will be notified by phone by the WAEB Promotions Dept. and be given similar instructions on how to claim your prize. ALL PRIZES WILL BE PICKED UP AT THE WAEB STUDIOS!
2. You will have to come to the WAEB offices during normal business hours (M - F from 8am - 5pm) to pick-up your prize. *The WAEB business/promotions office is not open on weekends and holidays.
3. Please bring one form of picture identification (required). You will also be required to fill out a W-9 form when picking up your prize!
**If you are under the age of 18, you must have a parent or legal guardian accompany you to pick up your prize**
4. Winners must wait 30 days before winning another prize from Newstalk 790 WAEB or any of our other Clear Channel Allentown Stations (B104, WZZO or FOX 1470).

WAEB THANKS YOU FOR PARTICIPATING IN ALL OF OUR CONTESTS AND WOULD LIKE TO REMIND YOU OF OUR CONTEST RULES:
- YOU MAY ONLY WIN ONCE EVERY THIRTY (30) DAYS FROM ANY OF OUR CLEAR CHANNEL RADIO STATIONS! If you attempt to win/or win again on any of our stations before the 30 days have passed you will be disqualified and the prize is automatically forfeited.
- ALL PRIZES NOT PICKED UP WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS OF THE DATE WON WILL BE FORFEITED UNLESS WINNERS ARE OTHERWISE NOTIFIED.
- IF PRIZE IS NOT PICKED UP WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS OF THE DATE WON, YOU ARE STILL CONSIDERED A CONTEST WINNER AND MUST ADHERE TO THE RULES OF ELIGIBILITY.
- ONCE A PRIZE IS WON ON THE AIR, AND ALL THE WINNERS INFORMATION IS TAKEN, YOU ARE AN OFFICIAL WINNER OF WAEB AND MUST ABIDE BY ALL OF THE OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES.
- ALL CALLS ON THE CONTEST LINE CAN BE RECORDED FOR PLAYBACK AND WAEB ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR WINNERS INABILITY TO GET THROUGH ON THE CONTEST LINES FOR ANY REASON.
- ALL PRIZES MUST BE PICKED UP AT THE WAEB BUSINESS OFFICE DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS, 8:00AM TO 5:00PM, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY EXCEPT HOLIDAYS. (PLEASE CALL AHEAD FOR HOLIDAY HOURS)
- PROPER ID MUST BE PRESENTED WHEN PICKING UP A PRIZE AND A STANDARD RELEASE FORM MUST BE SIGNED. WINNERS WILL ALSO BE REQUIRED TO FILL OUT A W-9 FORM.
- ALL PRIZES ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE AND MAY NOT BE REDEEMED FOR CASH.
- PRIZES CANNOT BE SUBSTITUTED FOR ANY REASON.
- WAEB DOES NOT ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR EVENTS CANCELLED AND/OR RESCHEDULED, AND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR REPLACING TICKETS/PRIZES ALREADY WON TO THE EVENTS CANCELLED.
- Employees of the Company, the Contest’s participating sponsors and their advertising agencies, employees of other radio or television stations, and members of the immediate family of any such persons are not eligible to participate and win. The term “immediate family” includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as “in-laws,” or by current or past marriage(s), remarriage(s), adoption, co-habitation or other family extension, and any other persons residing at the same household whether or not related.
